I was simply posting my opinion b/c it was talked about earlier in the
thread, and I was agreeing with those who said the same thing.

here's a list:

1. scanning is slow. takes way too long compared to other apps.
2. getting a playlist to load to play takes way too long, esp
considering it only loads 500 entries! again other apps much faster.
3. just browsing or changing pages in navigation is slow and sometimes
unresponsive.
4. many times server just doesn't seemingly respond to clicks at all.
5. waiting for search results is painful.

I'm not sure if I'm providing the info you want, and unfortunately I'm
not home to be able to test. but if u want comparisons or something
more concrete, just ask.

btw, my ~75k amount of tracks amounts to ~210 days worth of music if
listening 24/7. no one I've told I had that said that isn't "a lot of
tracks." I think it does somewhat stress server's DB which to be fair
seemed to be Pippins point, but I should add they are on a USB2 ext
mirror drive. before you say A HA! ...let me point out other apps use
them there as well and have no problems, or similar performance issues.

Using: Win7 64 and LMS 7.8 & Duet with ipads and the logitech app, and
