Well it's obvious which one you favour, but see my question below.

Yes.

1. Are you aware that feature development and production/reliability
require two fairly disjoint sets of skills and interests that very
frequently don't co-occur in the same people?

2. What are you doing posting here when you could be making the site
come back faster by shouting at and/or kicking something? :)
