I'm not sure exactly what the suggestion is here, but I would like to  
see the TeX-generated preview still be available, because one use I  
have for BD is to test out different .bst files, and also to check my  
progress as I edit them, and furthermore, the preview of the TeX- 
generated preview is so clear and readable that I often keep the  
preview pane set to show it to accomplish much of what is being  
discussed here, a kind of citation view.

So I hope that whatever happens it is still going to possible to show  
that preview in the preview pane, or that the "citation" column  
contains the TeX-generated preview, although I am sure how this would  
work, if it were going to be so narrow.

Again, I have lost the thread of this thread, so to speak, so this is  
just one reaction to what I'm seeing here.
