Doesn't work for me :( I have the publication-window open and had a look onto the menu when I was in a text-field and outside of a text-field. The shortcut just doesn't appear in the menu. I tried it now with another menu-entry with a "…" (New Publication from File…) at the end and there it doesn't work neither. It seems that this is the problem because it works with menu-entries that do not have "…" at the end. I tried the same in another application with such a menu-entry (with "…" at the end) and there it works w/out any problems. And just to be clear: I tried "…" and "..."
