When there is a lot going on at this intersection, I'll often exit or
enter the bike path at Spooner and go straight through Regent with the
car traffic. I feel safer being able to take a lane with (relatively)
low-speed traffic on Regent and well-defined expected behavior, than
being pushed off to the sides and ignored at this nutso intersection.
This has the added advantage of not having to intensely scrutinize every
car coming off Breeze Terrace for whether it means left-left-onto-Regent
or kinda-left-onto-Crazylegs.
