I find that some of the bike lights are too bright.  I think that's fine
when bikes are on streets, but I think they can cause safety issues
(blinding) when used on bike paths that are so narrow.  I wish people would
flash the super-bright ones, at least on bike paths.  I've seen some bike
lights that have two brightness levels; those are ideal for bicyclists who
ride a lot on bike paths, especially the super-dark SW path.
