First off, this will have to be a compile time option at the minimum.  The code
depends on Xinerama functions from XFree4.  So there will be the option to
'./configure --without-xinerama'.  I do intend to look into the feasibility of
runtime options for Xinerama.  Will wait to see what the code looks like.

There is always the chance this will remain a community patch.

I am looking into some hardware so that I can test and experiment both with
Xinerama and with blackbox's current multiple screen support.
