Not sure if that's exactly possible... SDL is written only to work with one screen (it /does/ feature it's own xinerama awareness for when it uses full screen mode). I've tried dragging SDL windows over to the other window and sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Though I will say that it's just as easy to make windows go across both screens, it takes a little mouse work but is possible. All you do is full screen the app (and then it takes up one screen) then drag the corner over to the other screen. It's almost like these patches are suggestions for the windows. It still does act like there's still one window it's just that certain things react as though one screen is the actual size (if that made any sense).
