OK. Its fixed in my sandbox. I moved the para from config to runtime, but if you decide it needs to be somewhere else, I'll do that. I'll do the update when I do koffice. Unfortunately, I had to make a change to my script because of disk space and ommited a change needed to measure build/install size (about 1.5G!). Its running again -- 39.5 SBU + 4.4 for docs...
