Could someone confirm this finding?

I've compiled qtwebengine-5.12.1 (on a 64 bit VM) successfully once the patch
has been removed...

Pretty sure, it is (my) "code 18"

Please Note, I was blunt saying nothing was change....
between the 2 compile process....
I was keeping qt-5.12.0. :)

So that woul explain, Pierre successful compile on 64 bit VM
and my trouble.

Let me recompile using QT-5.12.1
Pretty sure (my) unsuccessfully compilation processs was here...
