Hi Chris, When was the last time she blew out the laptop?
I did mine not too long ago, and I must have blown out a 8 gallon bag of stuff out of there. You wouldn't know it, but those little things can be a breeding ground for dust and stuff. In any case, what is the make and model of her laptop, as I may have the service manual for it, or can get it so you can know where the various screws are that will get you into the guts of the machine.
