Hi, this is what I'm not sure about. It seems to be working, however the 
grill feels quite warm, if not hot. My old Toshiba laptop used to feel like 
that though, so I'm not sure if it's just Toshiba laptops or what. My HP 
laptop gets warm, but not as warm as either Hannah's Toshiba or my old 
Toshiba. P.S. Hannah's my other half, and she's the one having the problem.
