You'll need to press Windows+u, tab one time, space, then enter. This will
launch Narrator to help you complete the Windows 7 (and Windows Vista)
installs.

Does anyone know if Narrator is available at any point during a Windows 7
install? I thought I heard that Narrator could be turned on about half
way through a Vista install using Windows + u. Perhaps pressing Alt + n
would be necessary as well? I have not installed either, so I have no
personal experience.
