Automatic updates don't know anything about JFW nor does it care. If you have Windows set to download *AND* install updates automatically it can and will do so regardless of what other software (JFW) you may or may not have installed. Frank

When I try JAWS 8 with IE 8, I frequently get the dreaded parent document window . I don't even think IE 7 will work with JAWS 4.5.
