I too have had problems with the web with Jaws choosing not to read anything on the page yet I can see the content.
This is what I try 1. Insert+Esc to refresh Jaws 2. Close Jaws & restart 3. Copy the address Alt+d then Alt+c; Close IE then re-open it and Alt+d then Alt+v to paste the address I was on Usually one of the above works before I have to reboot my pc.
