Hi , It is a program that use to be on my computer and is no longer and I am just trying to delete the folder that is left behind on my computer and every time I try to delete it it gives me this message please check to make sure this is not right-protected or in use ok button I just do not know why it will not let me delete it when the program is no longer on my computer can any one tell me why. Also you can't delete something that is running or in some way being used by another program or process.
