Hi Anna, Did you uninstall this program through the control panel? If so, you could try installing it again, then use the program Revo Uninstaller to uninstall it. The reason I ask is because Malware Bytes places folders in your Documents & settings / your name & All Users / applications data folders located on the root of the C drive as well.
