Hi Anna,

Did you uninstall this program through the control panel?  If so, you could 
try installing it again, then use the program Revo Uninstaller to uninstall 
it.  Revo will take out all those files & folders that a control panel 
uninstall won't get.

  Okay, this program is in your Program Files folder, C:\Program Files.  Is
  this where you are trying to delete the folder from?  The reason I ask is
  because Malware Bytes places folders in your Documents & settings / your
  name & All Users / applications data folders located on the root of the C
  drive as well.  I tried doing a Google search for the message you provided
  but, I just don't have enough computer lingo smarts to understand all the
  crap that came along for explanations!  Take care.

    when I use the search on my computer it says that it is found in
  c:\program folders
    the program is called malwarebytes.
    I had uninstalled it and I was just trying to delete what was left over
  but I keep getting the message that is below.

    I worded my first question wrong.  I meant to ask, where is this 
program's
    folder located?  In Program Files, Documents & Settings, etc....
