Hi Anna, Okay, this program is in your Program Files folder, C:\Program Files. Is this where you are trying to delete the folder from? The reason I ask is because Malware Bytes places folders in your Documents & settings / your name & All Users / applications data folders located on the root of the C drive as well. I tried doing a Google search for the message you provided but, I just don't have enough computer lingo smarts to understand all the crap that came along for explanations! Take care. I meant to ask, where is this program's folder located? In Program Files, Documents & Settings, etc.... Take care. It sounds like the program wasn't totally removed. You can try opening the Windows Task Manager, alt, control, + Del, go to the Processes Tab, tab 1 time to get into the list of running processes, arrow down the list to see if you can find the program that's causing the problems, & if you find it, with the program highlighted tab to the end processes button & press enter or spacebar to stop it from running. Once it is stopped from running you can try deleting that folder. Hope this helps. Take care.
