Hi Mike ,
when I use the search on my computer it says that it is found in c:\program
folders
the program is called malwarebytes.
I had uninstalled it and I was just trying to delete what was left over but I
keep getting the message that is below.

Hi Anna,

I worded my first question wrong. I meant to ask, where is this program's
folder located? In Program Files, Documents & Settings, etc....

Take care.
Mike

  Hi Anna,

What program is it, what is the name of the folder, & where is the program
located? It sounds like the program wasn't totally removed. You can try
opening the Windows Task Manager, alt, control, + Del, go to the Processes
Tab, tab 1 time to get into the list of running processes, arrow down the
list to see if you can find the program that's causing the problems, & if
you find it, with the program highlighted tab to the end processes button
&
press enter or spacebar to stop it from running. Once it is stopped from
running you can try deleting that folder. Hope this helps. Take care.
  Mike
