Hi, Raul. I also have a fondness for things 80's. It's kind of funny I was at college and I was listening to an 80's pop cd, and this girl I knew said something smart like, "why are you listening to that? Are You living in a timewarp?" I've never understood the growing opinion that because something is old it is no good, or that it sucks based on the fact of it's age. Like one of my favorite golden oldies, Bob Segar, once said, "I like that old time rock and roll." It is a really foolish notion to judge something based on it's age. Take certain books like Lord of the Rings or Gone With the Wind. The books were big hits when they were published, and the books are still somewhat popular. In the case of Gone With the Wind there have been few books that captures the drama of the American Civil War like that book. The first time i read that book in high school I was moved to strong emotions at certain points. Especially, when Scarlet's childhood friends were killed in action, or the well remembered seen where Scarlet was helping deliver a baby while General Sherman's troops were laying sege to Atlanta. It was intense. Point is age has nothing to do with quality or craftsmanship.
