They will not keep their grubby little hands off of the water faucet outside. As the few peaceful minutes I have everyday usually involve them being in the backyard without me, I need a suggestion. Is there some kind of lock or something I can put on it? I would settle for something to keep the preschooler from turning it on. In case you are worried about my kids safety, my back yard is very tiny and there is only this one little strip around the corner to the locked gate that puts them out of earshot from my kitchen. Unfortunately the faucet is over their. I usually notice right off when it is on, but I want to stop it before it starts. Squirrel shockers and other such deterrents are out of the question. though you notice the thought has crossed my mind.
