Yeah Max, you wouldn't think there'd be all that much vibration if the fan is hung right. But, I wil say, that the one CF bulb that I had which failed, was in a ceiling fan fixture.

The thin wire of a tungsten filament is also rather delicate and can be broken by the bulb being dropped. I'm not being funny.
