This is a question I asked earlier in the week.  I had a friend tell me I 
could hook some kind of transmitter up to my existing firewall slash router 
and someone on the list mentioned a access point, so I looked it up and 
found nothing to do with routers.  More to do with cell phone towers, Ham 
radio,  repeater, reflectors and the likes.  I guess the best thing to do, 
is call a computer shop.
