Well, it's not looking good. I tightened the screw on the handle, no 
help. It wasn't really loose.

I took the shower nozzle completely off, no help. I found the piece 
of paneling in my office that probably allows access to the pipes, 
but I have an L shaped desk, a total of ten feet that has to be moved 
before any more progress can be attempted. I must say, I just love 
this list. Stayed tuned...
