Aloha Mycell, Thanks for the encouragement. As for volunteers to move the desk, it can actually be accomplished by one person and some easy sliders. We've talked about these sliders on this list before, but I think it was before you joined. These are flat disks with a smooth plastic surface on one side and a spongy substance on the other. You just lift up the corner of the item you'd like to move, and at the same time you push the slider under the corner with your foot. The spongy side goes against the item you're moving.
