This is easily doable with SIP without anything special.

If it is a ringing call, you just select the appearance and pick 
the handset. Your UA will just send a 200 OK.

If it's a "parked call" on line one, you just select the appearance.
The UA would then use the Call Retrieve (see Call Park BLISS draft) to
get that call.
