Yes Amit is right. The mission will be weak if the
there is no transparency and clarity as to how far one
can go and to approach whom under

Dear friends,
 If we  are keen to move fast, lets create conditions 
for the educated, professional,govt officers to join
the mission. Many like me have seen the corruption
from very close quarters.It requires an approach which
succeeds.
