Dear Friends
If BM is not an egoistic organization then it must go to learn many things
from other social experiments with open heart. in very First step BM must
learn the real meaning of democracy.
Any constitution must be made in general meeting (face to face) and in
total democratical system (not by self defined democracy).
i am welwisher of BM, thus i give my unbiased advice. personally i know the
future of BM, and i dont need anything for my identity (i have enough and
better and more serious identity), i am giving healthy advice to make BM
more mature.
BM should leave its childish attitude and beaviour.
It is not a company or educational institute or political party in western
countries. first feel your country and culture inside heart, then BM may be
able to work something for society.

Dear Brothers and sisters,
Vandemaatram!
Here in BM USA, we are growing as a team and slowly trying to evolve so that we
can become worth as a part of BHUMI. A mail by our elder brother Himanshu ji.
Please read and implement in your life. Lets do real service and make it the
culture of BHUMI.
with truth..
Ravi
-----
Some baby steps till we grow into adult force. I request Ravi bhai to
propagate it to appropriate level in BM_India.

These things don't stop me from planning/executing big projects. These
are basic inexpensive things, doesn't require extensive planning, can
be made as a habit rather than a project and can be done anywhere or
everywhere like village, city, metro, hostel, India, USA, etc. Other
advantage is that till we do huge projects, such small tasks will make
us visible in the masses and it is my personal belief, they make us
humble and purify our innerself. We need to find out more such small
tasks and make them a habit.

1. Everybody should plant atleat one tree every year and take care of
it. Trees are disappearing because of advancement of humans, though
trees happenned before any culture, religion or economy was there.
Trees purify environment, contain fertile soil, attract rains,
recharge underground water, give us paper to print/write/read,
furniture-wood, give us food and many more. We can plant in our
colony, convince family/friends/relatives to do the same where-ever
they live.

2. Everybody does manual labour. If I see that my street is dirty, it
is because of my trash and I can atleast clean it with my own hands
till somebody makes a policy at a big level to clean the whole
country. This shows that I walk the talk as well as prove others that
it works.

There are many such baby-steps people already do. Lets share them and
cultivate them as a habit.
