Thank for Marcos's suggestion, I finally solved this server problem. While asking my host company to disable the gzip function on the server. Now I can upgrade my server to newest version. Thank again, Marcos. You are so kind.
Still I don't know why BoltWire 2.19 did not encounter the same problem on the same server.
