The server config shouldn't be changed to standalone by default. This makes 
hedwig use the local derby persistent storage, which is incomplete.

There are TODOs with text "Fix this". If the fix is too big to do in this JIRA, 
put a description of what is broken so that the next person to see the TODO 
will know where to start.

You should open a JIRA for updating the hedwig console.
