Well, I fixed it building within the tree from a fresh checkout of
Boost.

If this isn't obvious already, this should be packaged as a quick
tutorial and added to the Quickbook/BoostBook docs. Joao, you cool
dude!

Definitely.  Lots of examples would really help.  For instance,
something talking about the dependency lines needed in doc/Jamfile.v2
would be nice.
