Hello, I am new to this list and am also a new Braille Note user. Recently I subscribed to Bookshare but am having a rough time setting up my Braille note to download books from their site. One of the members tried to help me over the phone, but she has an earlier version of Braillenote. I have Keysoft ce version 6.2, build kernel version : 6. I am getting an "access denied" message when I go to the email setup option and try to add an account. I have tried rebooting the Braille Note using all three processes for rebooting, and I reset the date, but I am still getting the "access denied" message. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong or what I am doing wrong?
