Hi Estin, the Planner uses a database. In rare circumstances, that database can become corrupted and you might find that the Planner doesn't work correctly. If this happens, that's when you use the Planner Maintenance option in the Keyplan menu. In the vast majority of cases, it will fix any issues. Hope this helps.
