Peggy and Pam, When nothing else works . . ..
I noticed, when first downloading BIN files, that, probably because I'm using AVG, in the "Save as" dialogue box there was a type selection and this could be either AVG BIN files or all files. I chose "all". I wonder if you have these options and if, just possibly, this may help? Are you both on dialup? Or will I need to call the office and change my SMA to one that comes on an SD card and pay the extra money, just because I can't seem to download .bin files? I had hoped this was going to be dealt with after the last patch, when Pam and I both had problems downloading it and had to have it sent to us as .zip files; but alas, this new build is just a .bin file. I'm just feeling a bit disappointed at being unable to access the files I'm entitled to, and seeing that nothing has changed in how they're put on the website, despite lots of emails going back and forth about this just a couple months ago. Okay, I'll get off my soapbox and continue to brainstorm about ways to get .bin files, especially once they need to be downloaded for my specific serial number.
