Well, sorry I couldn't have done more, but I suppose you're right.

I really do hope you get a response from hw one way or another.

It really does sound like you'vve done everything right though, and that's the
best you can do.

Hello Don,
Well, here is what I did.
Earlier, I had a chance to see all of the files in all of my
folders I have on the sd card. So, I decided I needed to get
them off the card before something happened, so I went to file
manager and moved the files in each folder. I thought that this
would empty the folder on the sd card, but interestingly enough
the files are still on the sd card even though they are moved on
to the cf card.
So, I went and looked at the sd card, and the switch is where you
said it should be and I inserted the card back into the slot, I
did not get anything, it did not say card inserted or anything,
so I took it out again, removed the cf card and did a reset.
When that was done, I then inserted the sd card and it said card
inserted, so I went to look at the folders, and they were all
there, including the files that I had moved, so I thought I would
try moving a file from the cf card back to the sd card to see
what would happen, but the folders vanished in that amount of
time, so it could not move, since there were no folders to move
them to.
I really don't know what is happening, and I am afraid that it
will have to go back when I just got it Friday. If this is the
case, it will be the fourth time I have sent a unit back in as
many months.
Well, as you said, I hope to hear something from Dean or someone
from Humanware on the list tomorrow, since it will be there first
business day of the week.
Thanks for trying to help.
Robert

Sure don't blame you for not wanting to do that again though.
