hey fill do you have the new omni scanner? I just got mine a few weeks ago
and adore the thing! It is fun walking in a store as you said and just
finding what you need. I wonder if you no if the data base updates are free
with the scanners? or do they charge you for the upgrades when they update
them.

Hi. the databases are available. the folks at envision america have a
database on their ID Mate with about 1.5 million products in it. I have
one and it is great, now I can go to the store and usually find want I am
shopping for without help.
just do a search using google for upc code databases.

interfacing a bar code scanner might not be too difficult, but I wonder
where you'd find a database that connects barcodes to products and even
dosage information. I'd be really worried about advising dosage
information, by the way, just imagine if there was a mistake in the
