Hi Rose, You've probably done this, but it's worth asking. When you formatted your card, did you format it using the Prepared Format program on the BN as opposed to formatting on the PC?

Two cards say SD card error, one sits on the update forever, and even turning off the BN left the update on the display. I can only think that something went wrong when I did 7.0, the units upgraded, however, I remember on both units that when it cane to pressing the 1-2 reset as defined in the instructions it never worked and I also recall I was not the only one with this problem. If this is the case, I doubt I will be able to upgrade to 7.2 either without some technical intervention. Depressing thought. Press dots 45 chord. You should start hearing beeps. You don't do it from the Utilities Menu. Do you already have 7.0? If you don't, you do need the EBOOT file on your Sd card, along with your product key.
