Hi Rhonda,
I keep track of things like account info and balance in files. I
either use keyword or .brf files if I'm using my braillelite.
This has always worked for me. You may want something more
complex, but this works for me. I just wanted to let you know
how I keep track of things.

next upgrade
Hello List:
I've been following this thread, and read many, many messages.
Therefore, I'm hoping I won't have to say a lot, (grin)!
For those folks who have sighted help with checking, I can see
where certain programs wouldn't be required. However, if
programs will help in a persons independence, I believe it needs
to be looked at. The other thing I would say is, look at all of
the technology out there. Find out which one offers what
program, the ones that will meet your needs. Make your purchase
on what has the best programs for you. This doesn't help those
of us who have made purchases for the BN products, I realize
that. But, for those people who have not yet made equipment
choices, I would evaluate everything that is out there. I don't
have a computer; a good check-keeping program would really help
me. I have created databases, but as I have pointed out in
previous posts, when I reset, I lose the memory in my calculator,
or it will double up when I go to check it. There's no point for
me to go over that message again. However, we do need a good
solution.
I would like to see a good pdf program, because many of the
doctors reports I receive are in that format. I also receive
many of them in HTML format. These things are of concern to me.
I hope we use this list as a productive list, respecting each
other's opinion. Thanks for the read!
