Hi Richard:
I'm talking about the NEXT GENERATION BrailleNote! Current models, if the
owners so desire, NEED NOT BE SWITCHED OVER to BrailleNotes that enable
their owners to change the batteries themselves! Look at computers--some of
us still prefer to use DOS, others love LINUX, and, believe it or not, some
still run Windows 95/98/ME.
I have Windows XP Pro, will never use Windows XP Home; and, when Windows
Vista comes along, I will graciously welcome the chance to MOVE UP to a
64-bit OPERATING SYSTEM.
The MOVE UP to the next generation with customer replaceable batteries will
be optional, not one that WILL BE FORCED down anyone's guts. Presently, I
can't even upgrade to Version 7 of Keysoft without purchasing the Version 6
first. This is NOT THE CASE with mainstream software!
Sincerely,
Olusegun
