I've always called Rhonda.  Fist of all let me say that I'm lazy and hate to 
read anything long, complicated and involved such as manuals can get. 
Somehow things stick in my head when I hear them being explained to me.  I 
agree many cheers for Rhonda.  She should work for Humanware tech support, 
be part of the team dedicated to rewriting manuals, etc.  She knows things 
that the manuals don't even have.  Hip Hip Hurray.
