Rhonda, Okay, the read+space is what I was missing when I am actually using the unit and the alarm goes off.
Is there any setting that I could change on the fly to say disable all alarms and flip back to having the alarms enabled? This would be useful if I know I have an appointment that day but will not be taking the BN with me. I don't want to actually disable the alarm for that specific appointment because I sync my BN to the computer and the computer to the phone and vice versa so I would still want the phone to go off but not the BN. Another option would be if there was a way to globally disable alarms on the BN. I always have the phone with me so its alarm would suffice. I do still want to sync the planner because if I have the BN with me, that is my prefered method of entering appointments.
