Hi Andy and Others;
Thanks for the nice message. That is just what we needed, a word of
confidence that some of the problems are being worked on. Not hearing a
word, leaves us hanging in mid air, not knowing, what is going to happen
to our list serve and HW.
Thanks for your response and all of HW, keep up the good work.
Time to get working on those bugs that were not caught! We do not want
any more. No body likes bugs!

Subject: [Braillenote] responses from Humanware

Hi everyone,

currently I'm keeping an eye on this list, as are a few other
engineers. We are trying to respond to a few of the more difficult
technical questions, but monitoring this list took a good chunk of
Dean's time, and we're currently recruiting some new people to help
take up the slack. So please bear with us; we're still here!

I haven't officially been asked to moderate this list, so I don't want
to answer on behalf of Humanware, especially marketing kind of issues,
but I am happy to provide technical help where possible.

I believe we're looking for people to replace Jonathan Mosen, but I
don't know the exact progress because I'm too busy, and not important
enough, to have anything to do with that process!

regards,

Andy.
