I could not agree with you more! I hate getting mail in regular print from
organizations that purportedly serve the interest of the blind. BrailleNote
suggests that I am a Braille reader, right? Mail sent to me by its
developer ought to be in a format I can read, that is only fair. Else, what
am I paying $6,000xxx for?
My phone company sends me my bills in Braille; my bank DOES NOT DO Braille,
but sends my statements to me via EMail. At least both have made reasonable
efforts to get information to me in an accessible format. Why not
Humanware, GW Micro, Freedom Scientific, and the rest of them in between?
