The hardware revision doesn't seem to cause problems with Bluetooth, at least it doesn't for me.

Have a great day,
Alex

Hi,

I'm sending my BN in for upgrade tomorrow so will be getting the
battery
fix.
I don't really care about the modem as I never use it,but I need
bluetooth
to work!!!
I use it for many things including GPS/phone etc.

You're not alone; I have that hardware revision and no modem
connectivity either.

Have a great day,
Alex

Hey, all. I'm sharing this in case some of you got the latest
hardware revision because of the battery issues. When I got here
to Portland, I tried to use a dial-up connection I've used for
years, and I could hear the modem dialing, but the BN just sat
there and finally disconnected. After numerous calls to
Earthlink and Humanware technical support, I learned that some
people who got the hardware update have ended up with modem
problems. So if you got the update and plan to use dial-up, test
it first before you need it. Of course I'm not sure that's my
whole issue, because I can't get Bluetooth to work either. But
at least wireless still works, and my wonderful husband got me to
a Starbucks so I could connect. So there's my latest discovery.

Peggy
