Hi Sharon:
What steps have you taken so far in the upgrade? Did you install
the product key? Are you using a QT or a BT keyboard? If a QT,
make sure you hold down the JK with reset. Release them
together. You should hear ascending tones. If you are using a
BT, hold down the 45 reset and release them together. Hope this
makes sense.

Subject: [Braillenote] Problems with upgrading to Keysoft 7.5
Hello,
I am upgrading my husband's Voicenote to 7.5 for him. He is
currently running 7.2. I have followed all instructions, but I
do not hear the progress tones for the upgrade. Would someone
enlighten me on what I should do next? I have tried reinstalling
three times with no success.
