Sharon, when you look at your file directory, do you also show a
bin file? If not, it's probably not downloaded. Let me know if
you have the bin file.

What steps have you taken so far in the upgrade? Did you
install the
product key? Are you using a QT or a BT keyboard? If a QT,
make sure you
hold down the JK with reset. Release them together. You should
hear
ascending tones. If you are using a BT, hold down the 45 reset
and
release them together. Hope this makes sense.
