I have returned my PK for a keyboard problem on July 11, 2007 and call Humanware again yesterday, only to find out, that I should call again next week. I am hoping that this is not the normal time it takes for repair. I can only express my own experience.

It seems the right end of my bn's space bar is not working and since I can't use my left hand for space bar, I will need to send it for repair. I was told it will go to california. I am at Florida. Are there some cautions you would like to suggest before I send the unit to California? I am planning to send it by UPS. Generally how much time does it take to get the Bn back?
