I haven't been using the BrailleNote for that long, but one thing that I
am a bit surprised about is the length of time that it takes to open a
Word Document either in Keyword or Keybook. The other thing that I'm
surprised about is the fact that you need to use Computer Braille to
write anything other than a Braille Document. Personally, I find that I
am much slower writing in Grade 1 as I have to think about it so much
more. Just my two pence worth.

And, sorry. The BrailleNote can not read many of these word
formats.
If you have a computer you can save the document as a rtf or txt
formatted document and your BrailleNote will read it just fine.
Humanware knows that this is a big issue and the next version of
KeySoft may address our need for Word document support.
I'm getting tired brailleing with my fingers crossed.
