HW says that part of the problem is Microsoft itself will not help them. I wonder, though, why the Icon (Linux-based) can open files that the bn (based on Windows by the same company that makes the files in question) cannot? Some HW input would be great here, preferably not "we are working on it".

Have a great day,
Alex

Hi:
We've been complaining about this for years. Unfortunately,
HumanWare
does not seem to be listening.

Subject: [Braillenote] Word files

Hi,
I think Humanware should fix their support of word documents in
general, to even include support for word 2007.
I mean, it can be frustrating when you open a document and the
BrailleNote will sometimes say that the data is invalid and you
never know which file this will happen on.
