Try the following:
From the main menu, go to file manager.
Select erase file.
When prompted "Erase file from which drive?" select flash  disk.
When it asks "Erase file from which folder?" select dictionaries.
Erase the file keysoft.ksd
Then immediately do a standard reset.
This will set everything to the factory defaults.
